We saw this vendor from another galaxy selling the Real Change newspaper on a street corner in Ballard on Halloween. Seattlelites like to ignore out-of-the-ordinary occurrences such as these, as demonstrated by the man walking away from him on the right. But we thought it was pretty funny.
